mysql 5.1 innodb_file_per_table 未激活

启动数据库服务器时 innodb_file_per_table = OFF 停止数据库服务器，删除所有表，执行： mysql_install_db --user=mysql --defaults-file=/etc/mysql/my.cnf

启动了数据库服务器，仍然 innodb_file_per_table = OFF????

也许配置 --with-innodb-file-per-table 有一些选项？如何解决这种情况？
