如何使用命令一次运行多个终端窗口？

每次启动项目，需要在三个终端执行两条命令：

1: cd server -> yarn watch
2: cd server -> yarn dev
3: cd web -> yarn dev

如何实现自动化，以便通过一个按钮启动三个终端窗口？VS Code 中是否有任何宏可以执行此操作？

我考虑过创建*.bat一个文件并单独运行三个 PowerShell 窗口，但它们不会显示在 VS Code 中。
