让我们想象一种情况：用户登录机器人并输入命令来授权帐户。

然后，启动机器人的用户的机器人会收到有关将代表其执行邮件的帐户的信息：用户的 Api_hash 和 Api_id。

然后，机器人可以代表已传递 Api_hash 和 Api_id 的用户发送消息。
